Thinking About Building a Home in Prescott Valley, AZ?
Prescott Valley is one of the fastest growing communities in Northern Arizona. At 5,100 feet elevation, the city sits in the valley between the Bradshaw and Mingus Mountains, and is just ten minutes away from historic Prescott, the county seat.
According to the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce, “Our family-oriented community boasts a lifestyle of cultural, recreational and educational activites, a low crime rate and superior public service. With all it has going for it, no wonder Prescott Valley is often ranked among the top places to live in America.”
Land and housing prices tend to be lower in Prescott Valley than in Prescott, although still somewhat higher than Chino Valley to the north, and Dewey-Humbolt to the east. These four communities make up what is known as the “Quad Cities”, also sometimes reffered to as the “Prescott area.”
